Ongoing advisory for growth and digital services
We provide you with an advisor that supports your management, commercial and technical teams with a typical 20-100 % allocation, focusing Growth Path steps 1–4 on the customer, business and technology decisions that matter next.
Examples of practical work
- Customer needs — review existing insight, interview customers and structure unmet needs. Outputs may include a customer job map, prioritised opportunities and the assumptions still requiring validation.
- Matching solution — compare service and product concepts, assess data and integration needs, and outline solution architecture. Outputs may include concept cards, a feasibility assessment and a recommended direction.
- Winning business model — develop the target customer, positioning, value proposition, pricing and delivery logic. Outputs may include a business model, commercial assumptions and an actionable roadmap.
- Validated demo — scope and develop a focused prototype or demonstrator, test it with customers and assess the results. Outputs may include a demo, validation findings and a go, revise or stop recommendation.
How the advisory works month to month
Focus the growth agenda
Assess the opportunities and current project preparation with your team. Agree which decisions need attention and where our advisors’ input adds most value.
Connect business and technology
Bring customer needs, commercial potential and technical feasibility into the same discussion. Shape concepts, business models and validation around the selected priorities.
Support informed decisions
Review findings and options with the responsible team. Recommend the next move and update priorities as customer insight and project plans develop.
What your team needs to provide
- Relevant people from leadership, sales, product, technology and delivery for each topic.
- Access to suitable customers and interviewees for customer-needs research and validation.
- Existing project plans, customer insight and relevant product, business and technical material.
- Time for agreed working sessions and decision reviews, and openness to revising assumptions when findings point elsewhere.
- A named decision-maker who sets priorities and can agree the next work.
- An additional budget for customer interviews, if necessary.
