Developed jointly by Hiab and Remion, HiConnect is a device-connected solution built on Regatta components. It provides customers with real-time data on equipment utilization, performance, and condition. Hiab customers can use this information to optimize efficiency, plan maintenance, and improve both equipment performance and operator behavior.

Through clear, web-based views, Hiab customers receive real-time information that simplifies load handling equipment monitoring and maintenance planning, and helps improve the performance of each piece of equipment and its operators.

With HiConnect, Hiab is able to address two of its customers’ biggest challenges: unexpected equipment failures and improper usage, especially in environments with frequent employee turnover.
